Thus, the processing activity of our Company is processed based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5 of the Law that: "It is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", "It is mandatory for the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" and "It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation". Based on your explicit consent within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law your personal data may be transferred to the following persons for the purposes specified in accordance with the conditions specified in the relevant article of the Law on the transfer of personal data.
